Support Your Choice was founded by Jenny and Jody — two professionals with longstanding careers in Aged Care, Mental Health, and Disability Support.
From delivering hands-on support to holding senior leadership roles across the Community Sector, their expertise is underpinned by tertiary qualifications in Disability Services, Community Sector Management, Quality Management Systems, and Training and Assessment.
Together, they’ve built a service focused on what matters most: supports that are truly personalised, respectful, and empowering.
Built through openness, honesty, and reliability

We offer practical, person-centred support throughout North East Victoria.
Here’s how we can help:

Support getting to appointments, doing the shopping, or joining social activities and having fun.
Specialised support under the Psychosocial Recovery Model
If you’re searching for flexible, respectful support that truly fits your life — we’re here for you. At Support Your Choice, we take the time to understand what matters to you and tailor our services around your needs and goals.
Whether you’re accessing the NDIS, receiving assistance through the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), exploring aged care (Support At Home) supports, or seeking help via community health services, we’re committed to walking alongside you. We offer guidance through a range of pathways — from government-funded programs to private and local options — so you can make informed choices that suit your lifestyle.
Your support, your voice, your choice.
If you know someone — a neighbour, a friend, a family member — who may be looking to connect with support, we’re here to help. We welcome referrals and offer guidance with warmth and clarity.
Whether it’s NDIS participants or anyone exploring support options, our focus is on creating real connections and meaningful support across North East Victoria.
